Reports are a great way to review your tracker history. Please follow the steps below for more information on viewing your reports.
💡 Please note: Reports for your tracker's history can only be generated on the website: app.spytec.com
Tracking data is available on the platform for up to 90 days. Tracking activity no longer on the platform is available upon request by contacting our support team.
Step 1: Log in to the platform from a web browser at app.spytec.com.
Step 2: Click on the menu in the top left-hand corner and select "Reports."
Step 3: Choose the specific report you would like to see.
- Alerts: This report shows the recent alerts that have been triggered
- Boundary Activity: View the activity from your tracker entering and exiting your boundaries.
- Tracker Activities: This report features your recent tracker activity including the address, time, and duration of the trip.
- Tracker Positions: This report will show GPS positions that your tracker has been, the speed and distance the tracker traveled.
Step 4: You'll see the data from the current day listed. Click on the filter icon on the far right to filter the data you would like to see. You can filter through specific dates and you can choose to view data from a specific tracker as well.

The Tracker Positions report provides timestamps for both Time and GPS Time when listing location activity. Accessing both timestamps is one way to identify if your tracker is experiencing latency or GPS interference that may affect performance.
Time & GPS Time - Tracker Positions Report
⏰. The timestamp listed in the Time column displays the time at which the GPS tracker contacted our servers.
⌚ The timestamp listed in the GPS Time column will show the time at which the GPS module successfully locked location coordinates.
Ideally, there shouldn't be different timestamp for each data point, but it's not uncommon for a device to collect a GPS position (see GPS Time) and then take 1-2 minutes to connect with our servers to display that information on your map (see Time)
In the event the timestamp listed in the GPS Time column is much earlier than the timestamp listed in the Time column, then the tracker may have been experiencing latency and/or GPS interference, preventing the tracker from reporting correctly.

Please review the following articles if your tracker is failing to report or has the aforementioned symptoms. In most cases, repositioning the tracker, removing obstructions, or rebooting will resolve most reporting issues.
