Follow these steps to update the card that is tied to your Spytec GPS subscription.
Website
Step 1: Log in to the app from a web browser: app.spytec.com.
Step 2: Once logged in, click on the menu icon in the top left corner, and choose "Preferences."
Step 3: Navigate to the end of the menu along the top of the screen and click the button on the right-hand side.
Step 4: From the dropdown on the right side, select "Update Billing."
Step 5: For security purposes, re-enter your account password.
Step 6: Click "Update" in the bottom right corner to add the new information:
Step 7: Enter the new payment information and billing address. Once completed, hit "Save Changes" on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen:
Mobile App
Step 1: Log into your account from the mobile app. Click here for a direct link to the mobile app
Step 2: Tap on the menu icon on the bottom right-hand side.
Step 3: Scroll down to the 'Preferences' section and select 'Account.'
Step 4: Click the button on the right-hand side.
Step 5: On the pop-up menu, select 'Update Billing'
Step 5: For security purposes, re-enter your account password.
Step 6: Click "Update" in the bottom right corner to add the new information:
Step 7: Enter the new payment information and billing address. Once completed, hit "Save Changes" on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen:
