- From the tracking platform home screen, click the settings menu in the top left and select "Preferences". On the settings page you will see a link to "Update Billing". Click this link :
- Login with your Spytec GPS credentials:
- Click "Manage an existing tracker":
- Next, click "update billing address or payment method":
- On the next page you will see the current payment method, billing address, the connected trackers and the current service plan. To change the payment method click "Update" in the upper right corner:
- On the final page, simply add the new card information, confirm the billing address and click "Save Changes" on the bottom right:
