Yes, we do offer the ability to pause your GPS service. Pausing will allow you to pause your account for up to 3 months. During the service pause you will have access to historical reports and data, but will not be billed. Live tracking is also paused for the duration. Pausing service is a great way to keep your data, especially if you intend on using your device in the future.
Please follow the below to pause your service plan:
- First you need to go to activation.spytec.com and click "Already have an account? Login here":
- Login with your Spytec GPS credentials:
- Click "Manage an existing tracker":
- Next click "Cancel payment plan for a tracker":
- You will now see a listing of all of you active plans and associated devices, on the plan you wish to cancel, click the "select" button:
- Here we will be given the option to pause or service for 1, 2 or 3 months. Make the selection in the drop down list, and click "Pause Subscription":
- Once completed you subscription will be put on pause. Note that when you next login to activation.spytec.com you can resume you subscription by clicking the "Resume Subscription" button. Note that your subscription and billing will resume when your selected time period expires.
