Please Note: The steps below provide instructions on cancelling your service if you have access to your account. If you do not have access to your account, or have difficulty with the steps below, you may simply fill out our online cancellation form: https://spytec.com/pages/cancel
- On the tracking platform, click the settings button in the top left and then click "Preferences". After that, click the "Trackers" tab. At the bottom, you will see a link that says "Cancel Payment Plan for a Tracker", click this link:
- Login with your Spytec GPS credentials:
- Click "Manage an existing tracker":
- Next click "Cancel payment plan for a tracker":
- You will now see a listing of all of you active plans and associated devices, on the plan you wish to cancel, click the "select" button:
- After selecting the plan you will be given the option to pause you subscription. Pausing your subscription means that you will not be billed, but can still access historical data and reports from your account but will not be billed. Account pauses can be in effect for 3 months and live tracking will be paused during that time. If you do not wish to pause, click "Continue to Cancel" in the bottom right:
- On the next page you will be given a chance to add the reason for cancellation. We take this feedback very seriously and utilize it to improve our systems and customer experience. Select a reason that most closely applies and then click "Continue":
- On the final page you may be given an offer of a free month of service, you can click the "Take Offer" button to take advantage of the free month of service. To finalize the cancellation of your device, click "Cancel Subscription":
- Once this is done, your service will be cancelled and tracking services will end and the conclusion of the current billing period. Devices can be reactivated at any time through the activation.spytec.com site.
