If you need to end your monthly subscription plan for your GPS tracker, you can follow the steps below. Once cancelled, your billing will be stopped and your tracker will remain active until the day before your subscription was set to renew.

Step 1: Log in to our app from a web browser: app.spytec.com.
Step 2: Once logged in, click on the menu icon in the top left corner, and choose "Preferences."
Step 3: Navigate to the "Trackers" menu, and from the dropdown on the right side, select "Cancel plan for a tracker."
Step 4: For security purposes, re-enter your account password.
Step 5: Hit the "Select" button for the device you wish to end service for.
Step 6. You'll have the option to temporarily pause your subscription for up to 3 months. Your billing and tracking will be stopped but you can still access previous data. Your billing will automatically renew once the time is up. If you still wish to cancel select "Continue to cancel":
Step 7. Select the reason for cancellation. We take our feedback seriously and utilize it to improve our systems and customer experience. Select "Continue":
Step 8. On the final page, you may be given an offer of a free month of service you can click on "Take Offer" to take advantage of the free month of service. To finalize the cancellation of your device, click "Cancel Subscription":
Step 9. Once the subscription has been cancelled, your billing will be stopped and your tracker will remain active until the day before your subscription was set to renew.
