-Added the ability for collaborators to choose their method of notification
This is a minor patch with one large quality of life improvement for user roles. Users that are collaborators can now choose the way they wish to be notified of alerts from the Platform. They will be able to select whether they want SMS, Email, Web or Mobile notifications for each alert.
Please note that collaborators cannot choose which alerts are active, that can only be done by an Admin or the Account owner.
