You may need to update your email address or change the phone number on your account. This is very easy and can be managed from inside your account!

How do I change my account's email address?
Step 1: Log in to our app from a web browser: app.spytec.com.
Step 2: Once logged in, click on the menu icon in the top left corner, and choose "Preferences."
Step 3: Navigate to the Account tab and select "Change" above the current email address listed.
Step 4: Enter the new email address. Once you have entered the new email, hit "Save and Verify." You'll receive a verification code at the new email address.
Step 5: Collect the verification code that was sent to your new email address. Once you have received the code, navigate back to your preferences and enter the code.
Step 6: Enter the verification code below the new email address listed. Click "Verify Code" to verify the email address and you'll automatically be logged out of your account.
Step 7: Sign back in with the updated email address.
How do I change my phone number?
Step 1: Log in to our app from a web browser: app.spytec.com.
Step 2: Once logged in, click on the menu icon in the top left corner, and choose "Preferences."
Step 3: Navigate to the Account tab and click on the field under 'Phone' to update the phone number. Hit 'Save' to save the changes.
How do I update my account address?

Step 3: Navigate to the Account tab and click on the fields under 'Address' to update the address on file. Hit 'Save' to save the changes.
