Signing into your account can sometimes result in the "Error on Client" message. Fortunately, we can help you resolve this!
- In most cases, a simple reboot of your device (Phone/Tablet/Computer) will solve the problem.
- If that doesn't fix the issue, you should clear the cache and cookies in the browser, and then try logging in again.
Step 1: On your device, open your Google Chrome browser. At the top right corner of your browser tab, click the menu icon (three dots):
Step 2: From the menu, select "More Tools", then "Clear Browsing Data"
Step 3: At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
Step 4: Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes. Then hit Clear Data at the bottom.
Step 4: After you click Clear Data, close your browser. From there, you'll want to relaunch Google Chrome.
Step 5: Visit https://app.spytec.com and attempt to log on again. You should now be able to successfully access your account!
