Our mobile app grants the ability to use your phone's biometrics settings to login to the app (i.e. face scan or fingerprint scan). In situations where your biometrics fail or are not enabled, the app will revert back to your phone's default PIN code used to unlock the phone.
Simply entering the PIN code that unlocks your phone will grant you access to the Spytec GPS mobile app.

In these situations, your best option is to uninstall and reinstall the app. When you reinstall the app, you'll want to be sure to uncheck the Biometrics setting on the login page:
