Deleting your account removes the account from Spytec's records, along with any data associated with your account that Spytec isn’t legally required to maintain. Providing this capability gives you more control of the personal data you've shared.

Web App:
Step 1: Log on to the web app at https://app.spytec.com
Step 2: Once logged in, click on the menu icon in the top left corner, and choose "Preferences".
Step 3: Navigate to the end of the menu along the top of the screen and click the button.
Step 4: From the dropdown menu, select 'Delete my account data.'
Step 5: Ensure all tracking plans are canceled. If any active plans remain active on your account, the option to delete tracking data will not be available.
Step 6: Review terms and conditions, leave feedback, type "DELETE" and select "Delete my account"
Mobile App:
Step 1: Log in to the mobile app. Click here for a direct link to the mobile app
Step 2: Tap on the menu icon on the bottom right-hand side of the screen.
Step 3: Scroll down to the 'Preferences' section and select 'Account.'
Step 4: Click the button on the right-hand side.
Step 5: On the pop-up menu, select "Delete my account data"
